Parking Sensors with LED Display

The parking assistant activates automatically when reverse gear is engaged (all four sensors located in the rear bumper are activated). It displays the exact distance to the obstacle behind your vehicle on the LED display (0.1–2.5 m). The distance to the obstacle is shown very clearly on the display. The driver is alerted to an approaching obstacle by an audible warning, which can also be switched off.

The sensors can be repainted in any colour (spray paints for car bodywork have been tested).

Approach is indicated by a coloured bar graph, including the detected distance to the obstacle; furthermore, approach is indicated by a beeping sound with a shortening interval as the vehicle gets closer. The graph displays approach to the obstacle from the left or right side.
