Its long and narrow shape is ideal for serving mini cakes, loaf cakes, muffins, and pastries. Emile Henry’s glazed ceramic is naturally non-stick and scratch-resistant. The serving tray can be cleaned even with cleaning sponges or steel wool. Its ultra-smooth surface makes it easy to remove residues by soaking or dry scrubbing with an abrasive sponge. For any crumbs that might stick, the dishwasher will easily take care of them.
