Cut your desserts directly in the dish without scratching it, use it in the oven for reheating (or in the microwave if needed), or place it in the freezer to serve a chilled dessert. Its long and narrow shape is perfect for serving mini cakes, sponge cakes, muffins, and even pastries. Emile Henry’s glazed ceramic is naturally non-stick and scratch-resistant. The serving platter can be cleaned even with cleaning sponges or steel wool. Its ultra-smooth surface allows easy removal of residues by soaking or dry scrubbing with an abrasive sponge. If a few crumbs stick to the dish, the dishwasher will clean them effortlessly. Made from healthy materials, the serving platter contains no heavy metals (lead, nickel, cadmium, aluminium, chromium) or petroleum-based substances (PFAS, BPA, PTFE, PFTE, etc.).
