Textile snow chains AutoSock 540

AutoSock fabric snow chains serve as a fully-fledged alternative to traditional snow chains, both in terms of functionality and legal requirements.

AutoSock is a simple tyre sleeve made from a special fabric that significantly improves tyre grip on snow and ice.

AutoSock fabric snow chains comply with standard EN16662-1:2020, which all EU member states are required to incorporate into their national standards by 30 November 2020. This means that AutoSock snow chains can be used in all EU countries from 1 December 2020, with the exception of Austria. From a legislative perspective, AutoSock fabric snow chains can therefore be used wherever traffic signs require them.
