The Nike Pegasus 42 is a modern women's road running shoe specifically designed for daily training runs, combining comfort, energy, and stability. For decades, the Pegasus series has been among Nike's most popular running shoes and once again impresses in this generation with noticeably improved performance. Especially the combination of innovative cushioning technology and an optimized fit delivers an extremely comfortable running feel – whether on an easy distance run or during longer training sessions. The focus is on the full-length Air Zoom unit, which extends from heel to forefoot. It provides especially high energy return and dynamic rollover. Every step feels springy and responsive as a result. This system is complemented by the new ReactX midsole, which provides around 13% more energy return than the previous React technology. The result is softer yet significantly more lively cushioning. The breathable mesh upper has been redesigned to offer even better ventilation and a particularly soft wearing feel.
