AdBlue SCR System Clean and Protect Additive (1000ml)

The SCR System Clean and Protect additive is an AdBlue additive that reduces surface tension to ensure smoother mixing with the fuel. This leads to improved performance in the catalytic system (SCR) and thus prevents problems with urea clumping (crystallisation).

Urea deposits can damage the injection system or the catalytic converter. The additive extends trouble-free operation, thereby reducing maintenance costs.

Warning! The product does not remove existing clumps, but is used as a preventative measure.

A 1000ml bottle of additive treats 400 litres of AdBlue!

The catalytic converter (SCR) requires a temperature of over 400°C to function properly.

Vehicles used in urban traffic or for short journeys do not usually reach this temperature.

If the temperature in the catalytic converter is below 400°C, clumps of urea may begin to form, which block the exhaust system and may damage the catalytic converter or the AdBlue injectors.

Use 1.6 ml of Ad Aditif per 1 litre of AdBlue

• 2.5 ml of additive per 1 litre of AdBlue
• 25 ml of additive per 10 litres of AdBlue
• 1000 ml of additive per 400 litres of AdBlue
