The grinder is made in France and reflects Peugeot's expertise: the Zirlion mechanism of this grinder is made of zirconium, an exceptionally hard material. It can produce anything from powdered salt to a coarser grind, depending on how tightly the knob at the top of the grinder is screwed. What type of salt is recommended? Only dry salt should be used in this grinder, with crystals no larger than 6 mm in diameter, such as rock salt or coarse salt.
