The size S bowl has a maximum capacity of 450 ml, a usable capacity of 350 ml, and dimensions (Ø x Height): 12 x 8.1 cm.
It is made of heat-resistant glass and features a BPA-free plastic lid with a valve and a silicone sealing gasket.

The bowls with vacuum system are designed to work with the FRESH & SAVE vacuum pump to keep food fresh up to 5 times longer than in conventional containers. The FRESH & SAVE vacuum pump can be purchased separately from our website.
The Fresh & Save system reduces food waste, allowing you to vacuum seal and then refrigerate or freeze fresh fruit, vegetables, pasta, rice, or other prepared foods. This way, you can enjoy their freshness and nutrients for a much longer time.
How the vacuum process works
Attach the vacuum pump to the container’s valve and, with the simple press of a button, extract the air in just a few seconds. The pump stops automatically once sufficient pressure has been reached, preserving flavors and vitamins.
Keep track of frozen foods
To ensure your food is not forgotten in the refrigerator or freezer, you can easily register it in the ZWILLING Culinary World app: scan the printed QR code before storing the container and then follow timely notifications when it is time to consume the food.
The free app determines the shelf life of food and alerts you in time with a notification when it should be consumed.
