A raised bed, greenhouse and storage in one piece Westmann Plexa Plus: gardening without bending, with its own storage for tools Plexa Plus is a metal raised bed of powder coated steel that combines three things at once. At the bottom is a spacious cabinet for storing tools and accessories, in the middle a deep bed for vegetables and herbs, and on top a removable cover with polycarbonate walls that turns the bed into a warm greenhouse. The whole thing reaches a full 120 cm in height, so you tend the garden comfortably standing, without bending and kneeling. 120 cmtotal height 98 lof soil volume 8 mmpolycarbonate walls 150 kgframe load capacity Three functions, one freestanding unit A bed that works all day instead of you The body of the bed is made of galvanised and powder coated steel in anthracite, so it does not rust and keeps a fine surface season after season. The built in drainage carries off excess water and prevents waterlogging, while the protective edge deters slugs. A planting depth of 24 cm and 98 litres of volume offer plenty of space for lettuce, herbs and summer vegetables. The lower cabinet with magnetic closing hides tools, pots and garden accessories dry and to hand, while adjustable feet level the bed even on uneven ground. The removable cover with eight millimetre twin wall polycarbonate panels and a latching lid retains heat, so you can sow early in spring and protect the crop late into autumn. powder coated steel built in storage a polycarbonate cover Technical specifications Everything in one place Materialgalvanised and powder coated steel cover with eight millimetre twin wall polycarbonate panels External dimensions100 x 50 x 120 cm (length x depth x height) Soil volumeabout 98 litres, planting depth 24 cm Kit contentsraised bed with storage, Tega polycarbonate cover, connecting strip and fixing material Storagea lower cabinet with magnetic closing Drainagea built in water drainage system against waterlogging Covera folding lid with a catch, a protective slug barrier Adjustable feetfor levelling on uneven ground Colouranthracite Weight50 kg, frame load capacity up to 150 kg
