The 5.6L Artisan® standmixer is designed with 11 distinct speeds, adapted to any recipe.The 1/2 speed gently mixes delicate ingredients such as blueberries and egg whites, keeping the air in the mix as if mixing by hand. Then, slide through speeds, up to 10, for fast whipping. The soft start function minimizes splashes.
Bowl-lift system for enhanced efficiency
With its increased power and capacity, this bowl-lift Artisan® standmixer processes any ingredient you choose fast and efficiently. This mixer is slightly taller and bigger than tilt-head mixers. The bowl locks firmly into place through the 3 locking points, making it more sturdier for heavy mixtures.
