Features:On the inside, the oven dish is provided with a layer of matte black enamel produced by Staub through special technologies that offer advantages in the case of cooking techniques such as simmering, baking or caramelization. Oils (fats) used during cooking will penetrate the pores of the matte enamel and create a smooth natural non-stick surface. That is why the Staub cookware get better and better as the years go by, as you use them. On the outside, the oven dish has at least 2-3 layers of special enamel that, in combination with special cast iron, ensures an optimal distribution of heat over the entire surface of the oven dish. The special base makes it possible to use Staub cookware on all types of hobs, including induction ones. This product is not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
