They are easy to clean and with a long service life.Thanks to the materials used, the cooking pots maintain their temperature, keeping themselves warm long after they have been taken out of the oven or taken off the hob. Besides these technical qualities, their attractive appearance makes it possible to serve food at the table, directly from the cookware, immediately after they have been taken off the hob. Features:On the inside, the cooking pot is provided with a layer of matte black enamel produced by Staub through special technologies that offer advantages in the case of cooking techniques such as simmering, baking or caramelization. Oils (fats) used during cooking will penetrate the pores of the matte enamel and create a smooth natural non-stick surface. That is why the Staub cookware gets better and better as the years go by, as you use them. On the outside, the cooking pot has at leastق-3 layers of special enamel that, in combination with special cast iron, ensures an optimal distribution of heat over the entire surface of the cooking pot. The lid is flat and has small protruding on the inside, thus ensuring that the humidity is kept inside. Thanks to these features, inside the cooking pot, there is formed a "rain" effect that intensifies the flavours and eases the cooking process. The special base makes it possible to use Staub cookware on all types of hobs, including induction hobs. The cooking pot is not dishwasher-safe.
