Innovative technology and design come together in LAVA enamelled cast iron cookware, and thanks to their durability, they will be by your side for many years. Cast iron is a material that heats up slowly, but once hot, retains heat very well for a long time. Cast iron cookware is suitable for most cooking techniques, whether frying, slow cooking, simmering, or baking. Features: The pot base is 4.5 mm thick, and the walls are 3.5 mm thick. Inside, the pot features a layer of black enamel that facilitates the creation of a non-stick surface when cooking with fats. The vitreous enamel used for the exterior finish of LAVA cast iron cookware is obtained by spraying glass powder at temperatures of 750 – 850°C. It adheres to the surface of the pot, creating a protective layer that also aids in optimal heat distribution. The lid is flat and has small bumps on the inside, helping to retain moisture inside. Thanks to these features, a "rain" effect forms inside the pot, enhancing flavours and easing the cooking process. The pot base is 4.5 mm thick and makes it possible to use LAVA cookware on all types of cooktops, including induction. Not suitable for microwave ovens. The cast iron saucepan is suitable for preparing 2–3 servings. Exterior dimensions: 32.5 x 24.5 x 16 cm (including handles). Interior dimensions: 23 x 23 x 14.5 cm.
