The frying pan meets the HACCP international standards This frying pan is ideal to cook delicate dishes and reheat them before serving. The "CHOC HACCP" range consists of products that do not deform, build up heat gradually and constantly, their base is reinforced and the heat is distributed evenly across their entire surface. Also, the frying pans in this range have non-stickم-ply coating made from PTFE, which does not contain PFOA and is durable in case of intensive use. The "Lyonnaise" profile of the frying pan, with sloping and rounded sides, with no sharp angles, allows easy transfer of the foods from the frying pan onto the plate or dish they are to be served on. The outer side of the frying pan base features concentric circles that help to a better heat distribution. The very resistant handle is made from steel, is fastened with rivets and the red color indicates that the frying pan is suitable for cooking meat. The frying pan can be used on all types of cooktops, except for induction hobs. Care and cleaning: Do not overheat the frying pan and do not leave it over heat source with no grease inside.
