Whether it's a sparkling glass before dinner or the start of the weekend, now you can serve any bottle of sparkling wine without hesitation.The Coravin Sparkling Wine Preservation System™ preserves the flavour and effervescence of your favourite sparkling wines for up to 4 weeks, guaranteeing that the last glass will taste as amazing as the first.The Coravin Sparkling™ wine preservation system includes: 1 Coravin Sparkling™ Wine Preserving System 2 Sparkling™ wine corks 4 Coravin Pure Sparkling™ CO2 capsules 1 wine bottle sleeve How to use Coravin Sparkling™Install the Sparkling stopperAfter pouring the desired amount of sparkling wine, lift the stopper locking handle to the unlocked position. Place the stopper on the bottle and press the locking handle firmly until it locks into place.How to fill the bottle with CO2Check the pressure indicator to make sure it is green – this indicates that a Coravin Pure™ Sparkling CO2 capsule is installed. Align the charger over the stopper and press firmly. The pressure indicator will change to red, signifying that the bottle is ready to load. When the indicator returns to green, the bottle is fully charged. CO2 indicator light Know exactly when your bottle is fully charged with CO2 gas or when you need to replace the capsule. Incline to release the gas When you are ready to remove the stopper, you can release the pressure in the bottle by simply tilting the stopper. Then pull the locking handle all the way up to remove it. Safety measures The Sparkling Charger is designed with a regulating system that stops bottle loading when the appropriate pressure has been reached.
