LIFTER Olympic Bar 150 cm is a sturdy steel barbell designed for performing both complex and isolated exercises. It is ideal for exercises such as squat, bench press or deadlift. Using this barbell, you can do complex full body exercise and improve your strength, stamina and muscle mass volume. The bar is 150 cm long and has a weight of 12 kg. The handle section of the bar has a diameter of 29 mm and is fitted with a ribbed surface for stronger, slip-free grip.
The bar can be mounted with standard plate weights available on the market. It has the maximum carrying capacity of 180 kg, which makes it perfectly useful for both beginners and advanced heavy weightlifters. The bar is easy to maintain and resists corrosion thanks to chromium coating. It can be easily placed onto a rack, and thanks to its shorter build compared to its regular 220 cm counterparts, it is much easier to store. This makes it ideal for a home gym, or a smaller commercial gym, where it will no doubt help you push your training to the next level.
