Royal Jelly – a bee product that is known for its content of beneficial nutrients

Royal Jelly is a dietary supplement made from the product of worker bees, which has the same name. It has gained popularity mainly due to its content of beneficial substances that affect health and vitality. This product contains an extract with a 5% standardized content of the 10-HDA fatty acid. Therefore, you can rest assured that it contains the active ingredient. The bees themselves use royal jelly as food for the larvae of worker bees and drones during the first days of their life. They are doing this in order to stimulate their body to grow and develop properly. Bees that feed on the royal jelly for longer periods eventually develop into queens bees.

At present, royal jelly is the subject of many studies. More specifically, it is being researched for its possible effects on longevity and testosterone levels. This supplement comes in the form of practical capsules, which makes supplementation as simple as possible.
