Relaxation & Back Massage Pad - a practical aid with four position settings intended for effective stretching and tension relief in the back after a long and difficult day

Relaxation & Back Massage Pad is an effective aid intended for all athletes and people who spend prolonged periods of time either sitting or standing. It is ideal for stretching and reducing tension in the back. Many athletes use it to improve their flexibility and mobility of the back and spine. Last but not least, it can also help you improve your posture when sitting or standing.

It has an ergonomic shape, and allows you to utilize its four different position settings, thanks to which you can adjust it to your needs. The first and the lowest position is ideal for all beginners, people with less flexibility and people who simply want to do some light stretching. Adjusting the position to a higher setting produces a higher intensity of stretching. In addition, the surface of the pad has ribbing, which provides a pleasant massage for your back.

Using the pad is easy. Simply slide the upper ribbed part into the bottom one on both sides. The bottom part is equipped with parallel lines for switching between the four positions. Once you have adjusted the level, place the pad on the floor and lie down on it so that it is approximately underneath the middle section of your back. Your spine should be following the central orange line. Try maintaining this position for at least 10 seconds, get up, and repeat the exercise as desired. The pad may be placed on the backrest of your chair. By doing so, you can provide extra support for your back while seated, whereupon it will help you maintain proper posture.

Relaxation & Back Massage Pad will come in handy both at home and in the office. It will bring you the relief your back needs, and serve you well for stretching after a workout.
